France Coach Inclusion Program

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION & PARTNERS

The FFT–WTA Coach Inclusion Program launched in December 2025, marking a significant new partnership aimed at expanding the presence of women in high-performance coaching across France. Delivered by renowned WTA coach and educator Nicole Pratt, the program will take place at the prestigious French National Tennis Centre at Roland Garros, giving participants direct access to one of the sport's most iconic high-performance environments.

The inaugural French cohort will engage in an intensive curriculum combining on-court development, performance analysis, mentorship, and exposure to the professional coaching demands of the WTA Tour. Their journey will culminate with an official graduation during the 2026 Roland Garros tournament, highlighting the program's connection to France's premier tennis stage.

Former WTA legend and celebrated French player Nathalie Dechy has been a driving force behind bringing the FFT into partnership with the WTA, championing this initiative to significantly increase the number of women coaches within French tennis and strengthen the national coaching pathway.

APPLICANT CRITERIA & APPLICATION DEADLINES

• Selection for the French Coach Inclusion Program is in conjunction with the Federation Francaise de Tennis (FFT)
• Applications for 2025/2026 Program are now closed. Applications for 2026/2027 will open mid 2026.
